It is VERY important that you take a minute to log in and sign up for a volunteer slot and RSVP your swimmer to attend the June 19 meet and that you do so by no later than noon on Friday, June 15th. Swimmers that DO NOT RSVP will not be added to the meet schedule and will be unable to swim!

Morning Practices schedule:

(It is important your swimmer comes to their allotted time unless they have been asked to swim up by a coach. If we have swimmers that come to a different time it can affect the room we have in the lanes for the swimmers in that age group.)

Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM:

6yr and under 8:00 am - 8:45 am

7yr/8yr 8:45 am - 9:30 am

9yr/10yr 9:30 am - 10:15 am

11yr to 18 yr 8:00 am - 9:15 am
