2026 REGISTRATION FEES 

Cost for 1st Swimmer is $140.00          
Cost for All siblings $ 125.00 each   

Non Residents of Wildhorse:

There is a mandatory $25 fee for each child to cover them with our insurance and usage of the pool. 

ELIGIBILITY TO SWIM

Swimmers are eligible to join the team if they are 4 to 18 years of age as of June 1, 2026.

To join the team, a swimmer must be able to freestyle swim across the pool to include "doggie paddle".  The swimmer MUST be able to swim UNASSISTED.  If you are unsure that your swimmer is able to meet this requirement, please email us to discuss before registering your child.  

REGISTRATION PERIOD:

Registration will end on May 22, 2026 or until we have reached capacity, whichever comes first. 

PAYMENT DEADLINE

All payments are due no later than May 4, 2026 or whenever your child joins if after if space allows.  

REFUNDS

Please consider the commitment made by joining the swim team. NO FULL refunds will be made after May 1st due to gear that has already been ordered for this season . A partial refund will be ONLY be considered in the event of an injury preventing a swimmer to swim. Any partial refunds will be at the board’s discretion. 

SEASON LENGTH

2026 Summer League Season runs from May 4, 2026 to June 30th (our championship meet will be either June 27th or 28th and if your child qualifies, the all star meet will be on June 30th).

PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

Practices Times will be held Tuesday through Friday at our Sports Park Pool, 9700 Mustang Gate.

We will be swimming in the evenings in May and then switch to morning practice in June once school is out.  

Evening Practice Schedule- May 4 to May 22, 2026 (this is subject to change once we see our final numbers of swimmers

• 10 and unders swim from 5 PM to 5:40 PM
• Eleven to Eighteens swim from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM

Morning Practice Schedule- May 25, 2025 to June 30, 2026 (this is subject to change once the season gets underway depending on each groups needs)

• 10 and unders swim from 9:00 AM to 10 AM
• Eleven to Eighteens swim from 7:30 AM to 8:55 AM
