Hi!

Thank you for allowing your child to participate in tomorrow's fun meet that showcases the best of the best in  our league.  We will be hosting a practie in the morning from 9-10 AM.  We will be allowed in the pool at 4:40 PM and warm up begins at 5 so please be on time and allow for afternoon traffic.  There will be two food trucks there, a BBQ and a smoothie truck for concessions.  Please make sure and keep your swimmers hydrated!  

This will be a very fast paced meet since there is only one heat per event.  ALL events will be swum in the pool at the north end of the facility where the diving well is.  

They will call for people to help with the meet in a few different capacities so if you would like to would like to help out that would be great!  

Lastly, I am still trying to get the 11/12 girls in the free relay and I will let you know more tomorrow.  There was a clerical error and the scorekeeper did not do what she needed to do with their time.  Unfortunately, the heat sheet was sent out on Monday night and I am trying to appeal it now.  I hope to have more information tomorrow.
