Hey there!

I finally got the information you are all wanting.  We can enter the pool no earlier than 1:30 and we are asking that your swimmers are there by 2PM or they will be scratched from their relays.  This meet is a strictly run meet and we have to have ALL swimmers for relays present.  Also, if you see a problem with the heat sheet - ie. your child is in the wrong age group or is in the meet but won't be there tomorrow please let me know.  I cannot move around swimmers in the heat sheet at this time except in the relays and will be out of pocket setting up at Palo Alto all afternoon if you have any questions please email me instead of texting or calling me.  Also, if you have a child that for some reason gets sick anytime between now and show time tomorrow afternoon please let me know via email as soon as you know so that the coaches can make the appropriate changes.  

Please read the info sheet about our meet and abide by ALL rules that have been established.  When you arrive the kids will be seated across the pool and our banner will be up on the wall.  Spectator seating is on the opposite side of the pool.  There are still MANY jobs not taken yet.  I will have to place you in a spot if you choose not to select a spot today.  PLEASE do that for me so that I don't have to.  Have a great afternoon and I will see everyone at the pool tomorrow.
