Hello All,

There will be a MANDATORY meeting tomorrow evening, 5/31 at 5:45PM under the awning by the baby pool.  EVERY family needs to send at least one parent to the meeting.  If you cannot be there, please call me prior to tomorrow evening’s meeting to setup a time to go over the items discussed.  Those families that choose to not attend will not be swimming in any further meets until we have a one on one. 

Items to be discussed will be:

• ·       Parent responsibilities to the team
• ·       Filling open parent positions –  concessions and volunteer coordinators and end of season party planning team

Tomorrow is picture day also!  Our photographer will be ready for our swimmers by 4:45 and she prefers to shoot your child/children before they get in the water for practice.  Attached you will find the order form and she will have them at the pool as well but I wanted you to know what you could order in advance.
