Hello All,

It is hard to believe that our Championship Meet is tomorrow!  I wanted to give you a better understanding of what it will be like.  You need to be there no earlier than 1:30  and do positive check in with either your coach or with me by 2PM.  If you have not checked in by 2:20 PM we will be scratching you from your relays.  This is CRITICAL!!!  Three other kiddos will not be able to swim their relays if you NO show tomorrow so unless you have a very sick child please be on time. 

Once you have done positive check in you can go to the bottom two rows of our swimmers seating area (Ready Bench) and pick up your championship shirt that you preordered if you have not already gotten it.  Please have your cash or check ready for your t-shirts.

Directions: In South San Antonio take SW Loop 410 and exit S. Zarzamora St. Turn left at Zarzamora taking the turnaround onto the SW Loop 410 frontage road. Enter the Palo Alto campus at the back gate onto Camino Real and take a left onto Conception. Conception will take you to parking lots 9 & 10 by the PAC Natatorium and lot 8 if needed. Attached you will find our heat sheet for tomorrow's meet.  Please print it out and bring it with you.  I will have a few for our key positions but if you forget it you will need to purchase one there. They will be $5 and help offset the cost of the facility.  Please mark your child with their name on their back as well as their races before getting to the pool so that it wil be easier for them to remember what they are swimming.

Our team will have assigned seating and but I do not have that information yet.  Please look for our sign when coming in.  There will be MANDATORY seating for our swimmers in their age groups.  Once in our area the bleachers will be marked according to age group.  They will NOT be allowed to leave their area so please help us with getting them what they need and make them follow the rules.  ROAMING will NOT be tolerated this meet.  It moves extremely fast with two pools racing at the same time and we want everyone to swim the races they were entered in. 

You may NOT bring in any coolers.  The facility will have security posted at all entrances and they will NOT permit it.  There will be a concession stand and they will only accept cash.  Please be courteous and bring small bills if possible.  There is not an ATM close by so come prepared! 

There will be plenty of stadium seating so please come early to get the best seat you can.  Chair are also NOT permitted.  This is an inside facility and has air conditioning so there is no need for sunscreen at this meet! 

Please park on the pavement.  If you park on the grass you will be TOWED!!!  This is extremely important to follow.  Please help us with this as it could be a problem with us renting the facility in future years.

Lastly, I am attaching two pictures for you to see what the aquatic center looks like so that it will be helpful for you tomorrow.  Please let me know if you have any questions or need to get a hold of me via text (210)912-9834 --- I will be at the aquatic center the entire day beginning at 7 AM and will NOT hear my phone.
