Hello All,

I hope you have had a great Father's Day and are ready for our last full week of practice!  In preparation for our meet tomorrow I am sending out the heat sheet.  Please mark your children before coming to the meet tomorrow night with their race information.  Also, print it out so that you have a hard copy on deck.  Show time is 4:30 at the Boerne City Pool, 106 City Park Road, Boerne, TX 78006.  There will be a check in table so please check in as soon as you get there. If you are running behind please text me at (210)912-9834 so we do not scratch your kiddos from their races.  

They will have a concession stand and have asked us not to bring in coolers.  As a courtesy to their team please abide by their request.  There is limited shade where we will be setup so please bring your pop ups if you have them as well as chairs. 

We are still in need of 3 timers and 3 ready bench people.  If you are not signed up to volunteer please think about signing up tonight.  If by noon no one has taken those spots I will have to assign them.  It takes ALL of us to make the meets a success and I thank you for your help in advance.
