Hi there!

So sorry to be bombarding you with emails this morning but we have a ton of things happening on the administrative side and need your help.  Our meet entries are needing to be done for our Monday meet against Boerne and we need you to declare if you will be able to be at this meet.  The volunteer sign up is also active for the meet.  Thank you for taking care of this NOW and if you do not RSVP by Thursday your child will not be entered in any relays next week. 

We will be hosting Friday practice the remainder of the season during the kids regular time and we would love to have them come and get more instruction if you are up to it. 

Also, I have put together our Championship RSVP (You need to declare by this FRIDAY) and Volunteer sign up as well this week.  These entries are very specific and if you do not respond your child WILL NOT be in the meet and CANNOT be added the day of the meet.  These entries are due about the same time as the Boerne entries so please go and declare your intent for the championship meet on Saturday, June 25th with a 1PM show time.  ALL kids have qualified to be at this meet and it is a fun, exciting and fast meet.  ALL parents are expected to help during the championship meet so please pay close attention to which pool your swimmers will be swimming in as they are divided into a 10 and under pool and an 11 to 18 year old pool.  The kids will be swimming at the same time and our meet will move very fast as a result!

Lastly, I am needing at least two people that are willing to be in charge of our end of the season party.  Please email me and I will get you the details. 

It is so hard to believe that our season is coming to an end in the next couple of weeks.  I love that our kiddos are learning so much and are enjoying getting to know other kids better and learning great swim techniques.  If your child is interested in continuing swim team I will be sending out another email soon with the details of club swim.  Our family is heavily involved in club and love it.  Thank you again for allowing us to work with your swimmers and I look forward to seeing everyone at the pool.
