    Meet Details for Tomorrow

    Hello All,

    Just a reminder that we will begin morning practice in the morning.  Tomorrow we will be focusing on starts, finishes and relay exchanges.  The summer practice times are:

    8 to 9:15 is 11 to 18s

    8 to 8:45 is 6 and unders

    8:45 to 9:30 is 7 & 8s

    9:30 to 10:15 is 9 & 10s

    Please remember to help us get equipment out in the morning and put things away once we are done.  It definitely takes a village!!!

    The community we are racing in tomorrow is Mountain Lodge, 24108 Seven Winds, SATX 78258.  You will take 1604 to 281 and heading towards the hill country and it will be up on your left just past the Villages of Stone Oak.  It is a gated community and the access code is 7854.  We need you to be there by 4:30 so please allow enough time for crazy traffic that will be happening at that time.  If your family has not arrived by 4:45 we will be scratching your children from their races.  PLEASE text me at (210)912-9834 if you get stuck and won't make the deadline.  

    Parking is VERY limited in their parking lot so please be respectful of their neighborhood and park legally and DO NOT block driveways or get too close to intersections. 

    They will be serving pulled pork sandwiches, hot dogs,frito pie as well as other treats and drinks.  Please don't bring a large cooler and if you do bring a cooler be discreet.  The concession stand is a fundraiser for them.

    I made a mistake and did not include ready bench volunteer positions.  We NEED to fill those tomorrow evening and I need between two and three of you to help out so please email me if you are willing to fill these positions .  The meet program is attached so please print it out and bring it with you to the meet.  Also, please write your child's name on their back in sharpie to better help us get them lined up.  At the bottom of the email I will show you how to mark your child before coming to the pool - you will have better success if you do this before you put sunscreen on them.  Your help is greatly appreciated and I look forward to seeing everyone at the pool tomorrow!
