Hello All,

What a FUN evening we have planned for your family tonight!  I wanted to send you the meet program which you need to print out and bring with you.  If you highlight your kids before you come the pool it will make it easier for you tonight.  Also, bring a sharpie so we can write their races on their arms or legs to help them know when they are swimming.  We will have helpers at check in to assist if needed as well. 

EVERYONE needs to check in at the check in table at the front side of the shower by the bathrooms by 4:30 PM.  We will have swim caps and t-shirts for those who did not pick them up at yesterday's practice.  Parents or whoever is bringing your kiddos will need to make sure they are checked in. If, for some reason, you have to cancel or are running late I need you to text me at (210)912-9834 and let me know ASAP.  IF after 4:45 you have not checked in, your child will be taken out of the meet so PLEASE stay in touch with me.   Please also check yourself in for your volunteer badge for the evening.  

When you think your family is done swimming for the evening, please check with your tent parent, a coach or myself.  If your child is in a relay and leaves early the other three swimmers cannot swim the event.  In addition, the next meet your child will NOT be in any relays.  We want everyone to swim ALL of their events tonight so please be considerate of others.

Please look for people with red labeled name tags if you have questions.    Our seasoned families are very helpful and are willing to assist you in whatever your needs are. 

What happens if it is raining?  We will go on with the meet if it is just raining tonight.  The only thing that will stop us is if lightening is present.  We will have a rain delay if that is the case.  A text will go out if that occurs. 

Lastly,  our team will NOT be parking in the Sports Park parking lot.  Please drop your swimmers and their things off and head to the school to park.  We are trying to make as small of an impact on our neighborhood as possible.  Thank you in advance for allowing us to work with your children and we look forward to seeing you at the meet tonight!
