Hello All!

It is hard to believe this week is our first meet.  Our coaches have been working diligently with our kiddos to give them the knowledge they need to succeed.  To get everyone prepared, there are several things we need to go over so you are ready for the end of the week. 

Here are a few things you need to know about our VERY BUSY upcoming week:

1. We need you to RSVP for your kiddos (if they are coming or not)  for the meet this coming Friday, May 27th.  Please do this by 5:00 pm tomorrow, Monday night.  We need to know by then so we can build the meet in the computer system.  This link will be sent in a separate email, so be on the lookout for it shortly!
2. We will also send out an additional email for you to volunteer for the upcoming swim meet with Braun Station this Friday.  Volunteering at the swim meets is a must for all of us to make it run smoothly.  If you do not volunteer, you may be asked to do a job (voluntold!) that you may not necessarily want to do but needs to be done.  There are a wide variety of opportunities so quickly find the one that works for you.
3. During practice this week we will be working with the swimmers on what to expect during the meet.  This will include listening to whistles and hearing the starting ‘horn’ and how and where to line up for your race.  So, please be there as many days as possible so that you can be prepared for Friday evening.
4. If you have not paid for your swimmer yet, please do so before Friday.  If you need additional time, please contact me directly to work this out ASAP.
5. We are wanting to keep you better informed by setting up a FREE text service called Remind 101.  Text 81010 and the message is: @wildhor.  This will come in handy when I need to get a hold of you quickly for things.

It is going to be a busy week for everyone.  Please try to attend as many practices as possible so your swimmers can be as prepared as possible for the meet.  There is a ton of information being given to you so please email or ask me if you have any specific questions.  Also, if you are wanting a specific volunteer spot you better get it ASAP or it will be gone.  Thank you for your help and I look forward to seeing everyone at the pool this week!
