Hello All,

I just wanted to give you a quick update on the status of things.  Today I had a conference call with our HOA Board of Directors and our Spectrum Property Manager to discuss the agreement that they were wanting to me to sign.  We are so blessed to have had a pro bono attorney that truly understands our setup - he was a Collegiate swimmer, a neighborhood swim coach and now is a Board Certified Contract Real Estate Attorney that fully gets the complete picture of what the HOA is needing of us as well as what we are needing from them.  It is a beautiful thing and he has been instrumental in explaining all of the legal jargon and walking me through what we need to do.  They are re-negotiating a revised contract and I feel certain that we are on the right path to getting this all straightened out.  Please bear with us a few more days and as soon as I hear something concrete you will be the first to know.  This wonderful program is for our kids and it brings me such joy to see them excel in a life skill.  I hope to see everyone at the pool soon.  Enjoy your long weekend!
