Hi there!

I am sorry this is coming so late.  It has been a very hard several days for me and it is taking it's toll.  I write this from my bed with a back that is trying to go out.  I am desperately trying to stay still so that I can be as close to 100% as possible as I can.  

I really need your help!  Tomorrow the pool will be closed so we can get the pool set up in the morning as well as the no parking stakes put up outside the gates before the heat of the day.  I really hope that I can count on as many of you to help as possible.  Normally I would be the first one in line but I am super afraid of what will happen if I twist or bend incorrectly so I am going to be pretty still. 

We will have staggered warm ups tomorrow.  The 10 and under warm up is from 4:30 to 5:00 PM and the 11 to 18s are from 5:00 to 5:30 PM.  The meet actually begins at 6 PM and should be over before 8 PM!!!  It would be great to have your swimmer there at least 15 minutes before their warm up begins.  We will have our swimmers sitting just to the left of the guards room and close to the scorekeepers table. 

There will be items to purchase with the All-Star logo on it for sale.  It is fun to purchase these items for your kids but do it early as they will sell out early.  Heat sheets are also going to be $2 tomorrow and will be sold over by the showers.  All proceeds from those purchases benefit the league so we can have new equipment and great programs for our kids.

I sure hope I have not missed anything but if so, please let me know and I will get you a quick answer.  Your kiddos have achieved greatness this season and tomorrow they will get to swim the best our league has to offer.  It is going to be a great evening.  I look forward to seeing everyone there!
