Hi there!

It is hard to believe our season has come to an end.  Tomorrow we will be swimming in our Championship meet and here are a few things to keep in mind.

• The swim center will not open before 12:30 PM for you to come in but I ask for you to be a bit early so you can be first in line to get a good seat for the meet.  Please allow for traffic and be early.  There will be bleachers for you to use during the meet.  NO outside chairs are allowed in the facility.

• There will be swimmer check in at our team area so please have them check in as soon as you get there.  Our meet is very strict with changes and we do not want to scratch any races due to kids not showing up.  My cell is 210-912-9834 so if you are going to be late TEXT (it is very loud in there) me so that I know you are en route.  .

• Our swimmers will be on one side of the pool with their age group parents and ready bench and you will be on the opposite side of the pool.  ALL swimmers MUST stay with their age group during this meet as it moves very quickly and if they are not where they should be when it is time for their race they will not be able to swim.  I will be enforcing this with ALL swimmers young and old so please help me by visiting your swimmer and not the other way around.  (there will be a picture of where we will be seated attached)..  Also be looking for our team banner. 
• Meet programs are NOT being emailed out tonight like normal.  They will be available for $5 tomorrow as a fundraiser for the league.  They ask for you to have smaller bills to make it easier on them. 
• Make sure you have on your Wildhorse shirt to show your support of our swimmers and be ready to cheer them on as they have done such a great job of learning this season.
