Hi there!

I am so very sorry it was a rain out tonight.  We were hopeful it would blow over but the weather had other plans.  Thank you to all who stayed until we called the meet this evening.  I know it was frustrating and next week is going to be a tough week.  We will have a meet on Monday evening, a makeup meet on Wednesday evening, our Championship meet (everyone swims at this meet) on Saturday afternoon and we host the All-Star meet at our pool the following Tuesday, June 30th.  Please bear with me as I will need to delegate some responsibilities to others.  

I really need you to go back to your RSVP's and let us know again if you will be able to make the meet next Wednesday and also RSVP for the championship meet as well.  There is SOOOOO much behind the scenes work that needs to happen and a simple yes or no really helps me not to have to reach out to each family to see if you are coming.  With the amount of work that I have to do I will NOT be entering your kiddos into the meets if you choose not to respond and I apologize now but I simply DON'T have the time to follow up with everyone.   

We are going to have normal practice the next two Fridays so we can get the kiddos as ready as we can for our final meets of the season.  Their practice times will be the same.  Championship meet t-shirt deadline is Friday so I need to have your order by the end of practice on Friday and the order form is attached.
