Hello!

I have had several inquiries about the meet tomorrow and want to address the rain in the forecast.  First, if it is raining but NO lightening is detected we will continue as planned.  I am attaching the league's policy on rainy day meets so you understand how it works.  We are really hoping that it blows over and is not a problem.  The only reason you would not come to the meet tomorrow is if I send out a text letting you know it has been canceled.

The address to the meet is 21251 Balmoral Pl, San Antonio, TX 78258.  It is in the Promontory Pointe subdivision in Stone Oak.  Arrival time is 4:45 PM.  Please be especially mindful of the Stone Oak traffic and know that we will still have check in and if your swimmer has not checked in by 5:00 they will be scratched from their events.  Please text me if you are having trouble getting there before the cutoff at 210-912-9834.

I am also attaching the heat sheet for tomorrow night.  There was a weird computer glitch where some of the kiddos ages are incorrect on it.  They are in the right events so do not be worried that their ages are incorrect.  Make sure you print out the heat sheet and bring it with you so you know what races your kiddos are in.

The pool is in a very small fenced area and we will be setup by the baby pool.  It is going to be tight at best and I will have some pop ups in the car in the event we need to setup outside the fence in order to keep the kids together.  Please help us with this new setup and know that it will be quite different for them and we will really be enforcing them sitting with their teammates.
