Hello All,

It is hard to believe that we are about to host our second meet of the season.  I am attaching the heat sheet for you so that you can see what your swimmers are swimming.  Make sure to print it out and bring it with you tomorrow evening.  Check in for both swimmers and volunteers will be at the same place, in front of the showers by the bathrooms.  Please arrive at 4:30 PM.  Your child will be scratched from their events if they have not checked in by 5 PM.  We will also have extra t-shirts for sale for $10 each.  They are dry fit and are very comfortable from what I have been told! 

There will be regular practice in the morning and the coaches will be mainly be working on starts, relay exchanges and finishes.  It should not be a difficult practice!  See everyone at the pool!
