Hello All,

It is hard to believe our kiddos finished the school year today and tomorrow is our first meet.  What a fun way to kick off summer vacation!  I am attaching the meet program for tomorrow's meet.  It is very helpful to print it out and highlight all of your swimmers events ahead of time so that it is easy to find during the craziness of the evening.  Also, you will use this information to "mark" your child's events on their arm or thigh.  I am attaching a graphic for that as well.  Please know that our seasoned parents will be able to assist you if you need it tomorrow.  Their name tags will be printed in RED ink!  Show time is 4:30 PM and if you child is not there by 5 PM we will have to remove them from the meet.  If you have an emergency or will not be coming to the meet you need to let me know as soon as you know.  My cell is 210-912-9834 and I prefer a text since I have laryngitis. 

We will be doing check-in in front of the showers and this is also the place you will get your volunteer assignment.  T-shirts were delivered today and will also be available here.  There are still some swimmers who have not gotten their swim caps either.  We will have those as well. 

If you are part of the setup crew we will be meeting at 2:30.  We are in need of large ice chests and would love to borrow them for the evening.  If you have one will you please email me back and let me know.
