Hello All,

I bet you are wondering why I am emailing especially during this COLD time!  Can you believe I have our first in the water practice as well as our championship dates already!  More details to follow at the bottom of this email. 

Our swim team is super grateful for the use of our facilities and we do our best to give back a few times during the year.  We have traditionally helped our HOA by assisting with the setting up of the Christmas lights at the front entrance.  This will be happening from 10 AM until Noon this Saturday, November 22nd.  Please let me know you are coming so that we are adequately prepared for you.  We will park on Trotters Bay just before the road splits and walk up the sidewalk.  The HOA has asked that we not bring our kiddos because of the busyness of the area but it is your discretion.  For any family that comes out and participates we will be offering a $25 credit on our 2015 registration! I am also attaching a waiver that they have asked us to sign so please print and bring with you. 

We have solidified our 2015 season and I am happy to announce that we will be able to start practicing on May 4th, our Championship Meet weekend will be June 28/29 and the All-Star Meet is June 30th!  This should help you as you begin to plan your summer vacations.  I will have our complete meet schedule in January and will email it out at that time. 

As we approach Thanksgiving next week I just want to say again how much your families are a blessing to me!  I love watching them grow into better swimmers each year.  Thank you for trusting us with you most precious kiddos.  Enjoy this cool holiday season.
