I am sending over the guidelines the league puts out.  We are so fortunate to have the meet at our home pool and will use that to our advantage!  Our kiddos will be sitting inside the pool and parents are supposed to be sitting outside the gates.  However, if you are helping out in some capacity you can stay with the kiddos.  Especially if you have younger swimmers.  They will need help with getting them ready for the races.  We are also hoping that you guys will help with concessions as well. If you all take turns when your kiddos are not swimming it would be most helpful.  The only other areas that we will need help with are hospitality and break down Your help with that will be super helpful.  They will also ask for timers and stroke and turn judges.  There are almost 20 teams and we should be able to get those tasks covered. 

In the morning when they are practicing I would like to get the pool ready for the meet tomorrow night.  This includes, stocking bathrooms with toilet paper and hand towels, emptying all trash receptacles, putting trash bags around the outside perimeter for our spectators to have, put the parking signs up and I am sure I am forgetting something!  If we get this stuff done early, the afternoon setup will be much simpler, 

Warm ups begin at 4:30 but I would like them there by 4:15 at the latest.  If you live in the neighborhood, riding your bike would be a great idea tomorrow evening!  I am certain I am forgetting things so please email me back if you have any other questions.  We WILL have practice again in the morning from 9 to 10 AM.  See everyone tonight!!!
