Hello All,

I hope that everyone is enjoying their weekend so far.  We need to go over a few things before our week gets underway.  Our first away meet is in Boerne at the Boerne City Pool.  The address is 106 City Park Road, Boerne, TX  78006.  Our show time is 4:30 PM.  Please be mindful of the traffic as we are heading out that direction and give yourself plenty of time to get there.  If you get stuck and will be late for warm-up please call and/or text me your whereabouts so your child is not scratched from any races.  My cell is 912-9834.  As soon as you arrive please check in with Rachel, our volunteer coordinator even if you are not working this meet. 

We will be having our kids sitting under the canopies like we do for our home meets.  Please help us by making them sit with their peers and not wander off.  We had a couple of kids miss races last week because they failed to follow procedures and we are trying to prevent this from occurring again.  They listen to you more than me so I truly appreciate your help with this. 

T-shirts came in today and I will have them at practice on Monday morning and again at the meet for those who are not there on Monday morning.  Also, we will be having our team pictures on Tuesday morning at 9:30 so practice will be late that morning.  Our photographer will be doing individual as well a group photo.  I will have order forms at the meet on Monday evening if you would like to pick one up so you can send the right amount on Tuesday.
