Hey there!

Can you believe it's the first swim meet already?  Wow, that was fast!  It's going to be a great night!  For those of you who have signed up to volunteer, please check in at the volunteer table first.  I will have a name badge for you and answer any questions you have about your job if you are new.  If for any reason you cannot make the meet, please contact me.  We want to make sure and fill those slots.

If you have not signed up to volunteer.  We need TWO more ready bench parents to volunteer!  This is an important job! Remember, it takes everyone to run a meet, especially our home meets.  During home meets we are setting up, tearing down, running concessions, etc...  It takes all hands on deck.  Our first two meet will be at home and will require everyone pitching in.  The last two meets are away and we can split the lighter workload.  

Lastly, if you see a need at the meet, please fill it!  If the bathrooms are out of toilet paper, replace it.  If you see the concession stand is bombarded, offer to help.  If the trash cans look like they are overflowing, please replace them.  Trust me, you'll remember which pools/teams/meets were great and which were not.  Let's be great hosts!
