Hello All!

I hope you are enjoying your long weekend.  There will be no practice on Monday since it is Memorial Day and the pool will have open swim all day.    The next couple of weeks many things are going to happen and I want you and your swimmers to be prepared.  We will be doing time trials this coming week.  This is when the kids are timed doing their strokes so that we can place them in the right spot for the meet next week.  It is a great opportunity for them to experience the meet beforehand so there will not be any unknowns.  The kids will line up appropriately, the buzzer for the start will be going off and volunteers will be timing the kids.  It will also be a great time for you to understand how the meet will work.  Please ask a veteran parent for assistance if you have any questions. 

Also, we need you to go to our website, whswim.swim-team.us and RSVP for our first home meet next Friday, June 6th  .    Once on the site, go to the events in the left hand corner and click on the RSVP button.  You will have to log in and if you have not set a password you may use wild14.  If you do not RSVP you child will NOT be entered into the meet so please sign in and let us know if your kiddos will be there. 

You will also be receiving an email from Rachel Nowak, our volunteer coordinator asking for your help for our meet next week.  Her email is [email protected] .  Please let us know if you have any questions about volunteering.

T-shirts are on order and should be in next week prior to the meet.  If you still needing a swim cap please get with me this week.  The time is going so quickly and it is so fun to watch our swimmers learning more each day.  Our first meet will be such a great time and they will have such a blast!  See everyone at the pool!
