Hi there!

Congrats to your swimmers for being the best of the best within our league this season.  They have worked really hard and now we get to have a very fun and fast meet tomorrow night at OUR pool.  We will be having another practice in the morning from 8:30 until 9:30 for the kiddos.  I will need your help during that time to get the pool and perimeter set up as much as possible.  Please come prepared to help in some form or fashion.  Since it is only an elite group there are not as many hands on deck.  There will not be a need to volunteer during the event except for concessions, stroke and turn (only if you want to), hospitality and setup/breakdown. I will be sending out an email soon that will be asking the rest of our families for volunteers to come and help us as well.  We will see how it goes!
