Hi!

There are several things I need to make you aware of this week.  Tomorrow we have a league deadline to send in our volunteers for the divisional meet next Saturday.  There are still three positions needing to be filled and they will be assigned by Rachel if they are not filled by tomorrow.  If you are not sure go to http://www.signupgenius.com/go/30E044FA8A82BA75-june3 to see the jobs needed.  Also, we have only gotten two championship t-shirt orders and they are also due tomorrow.  The proceeds from the shirts go to fund the league's scholarship fund.  Last year, one of our kiddos was awarded one.  They are $10 and if you want one please let me know the size you are needing ASAP.

I still have many ribbons from past meets so please find me tomorrow during practice and pick them up.  They are earned and I love to see the kids open the bags and see what they have accomplished! 

Tuesday's meet in Sonoma Ranch is going to be an early meet.  We have a show time of 4 PM.  The address is 170 Ruidosa Downs, Helotes, Tx 78023.  It is a gated community and you will need the gate code to enter.  It is 3130.  This meet is starting earlier than previous meets since they only have a five lane pool and the kids will NOT be diving but starting in the water.  We will be working with them on this to prepare them for a different scenario. 

Our divisional meet is this Saturday afternoon.  Crazy, isn't it?  I will be at Palo Alto College on Friday and will be sending out another email then with more specifics as far as pictures of the facility with notations of where the kids will be sitting, which pools they will be swimming at and where we are expected to be. 

It is amazing to see the time fly as our season is coming to an end.  I hope that it has been a good experience for your family.  It is a huge accomplishment for our swimmers as they have learned so much and have gained confidence.  Let's finish strong!
