Hello!

I really hope you kiddos are enjoying themselves.  It is hard to believe we just have a couple of weeks left.  For tonight, I want to make sure that you understand where our meet is.  The address is 26631 Timberline Dr, San Antonio, TX 78260.  It is in the TImberwood Park subdivision.  Once you get off on 1604 and Blanco road you travel almost 5 miles.  You PASS the Stone Oak area and you feel like you have gone too far.  It really seems that way but clock yourself to be sure.  Also, once you get into the neighborhood it takes you quite a long time to find the pool.  I strongly urge you to look it up on the map before leaving.  Be sure to allow enough time since that area of town is always congested at that time. 

Last season when we were at this meet we had a few vehicles that people tried to steal items so please be careful tonight and make sure to place any valuables out of view and LOCK your vehicles. 

There is a MASSIVE shaded pavilion where our team will be sitting and you will have to walk to the pool to see you kiddos swim so bring your chairs but you should not need a pop up tent.  If you have walkie talkies we will be utililzing them this evening since we won't be able to be right there. We will let you know once you check in with Rachel what channel we will be using tonight. 

As always, bring a sharpie to help write your childs events on them, a highlighter, two towels,swim cap, goggles, sunscreen, bug spray, anything to keep them happy during the evening and money for concessions and heat sheets.  They have asked us to mandate swim caps for ALL swimmers and I told them that we would try but it was not mandatory.  If your kids have long hair they really should wear one though.  I will have wildhorse swim caps available this evening for anyone wanting one.  They are $8 and are silicone.  

There has been some confusion about our championship meet coming up on June 29th.  Every swimmer is allowed to swim that event and we highly encourage it.  It is what we work towards ALL season and we want to see you kids accomplished.  Our team information is due to the league on Thursday morning and for this meet YOU MUST RSVP them on sign up genius.  This is YOUR resposibility and I do not have the capabilities of adding them once our deadline has passed. I will only be entering the kids that have a yes on the RSVP.  If you are not sure how to do this please email me ASAP so we can get your family confirmed.
