Hi!

Thank you SO much for being on time today and letting us know if were going to be late.  The weather was a very weird element tonight and due to the thunder and lightening we decided to reschedule the meet for next Tuesday, June 18th at our pool.  It was super impressive to watch our  families work together to make sure that everything was taken care of before they left and I am super grateful.  I know next week will be tough  since we already have a meet scheduled for Monday evening.  Please bear with us as we are asking for your help with volunteering.  It really does take ALL of us to run the meets efficiently. 

Be on the lookout for Rachel's invite for sign up genius and please sign up your kids if they are coming or not.  Either way we need you to RSVP.  We have to have our meet entries to the othe team by Friday at noon so we need your RSVP for Monday evening's meet by thursday.  Please also RSVP for our rescheduled meet by Friday morning. 

Lastly, our pictures are going to be delivered by the photographer during our meet on Tuesday evening.  She will also be taking action shots of our swimmers and doing some underwater photography.  I am attaching her flyer so that you can have an idea of what she will be doing.
