Now that we are into a routine with our practices, I ask that during your child's practice time that you stay off the pool deck.  If you have any questions for our coaches please get with them before or after your practice. Your presence on the deck can be a distraction even though you are not meaning for it to be. 

Picture day is tomorrow.  The photographer will be available to take individual pictures starting at 5 PM and our group photo will be at 5:45.  I am attaching her price list so you have an idea of what you might like to purchase.  You are NOT obligated to purchase but they will be available.  Also, she will sell just the group picture if that is all you want.

We are finalizing our t-shirt order and will send them to the printer Friday morning .  If you want a spirit shirt for yourself please let me know by Thursday evening by email only - I will not remember if you tell me during practice!  I will not be ordering extra this year so if you want one you MUST preorder.  

As we prepare for our first meet on Tuesday, June 4th I am asking that each family bring a twelve pack of soda per child on our team.  We wil only be selling specific sodas so please pick from the following: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, or Fanta Orange.  We would like them no later than next Thursday, May 30th. 

There will be NO practice on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day. 

Lastly, early next week an email will go out for volunteering for our first meet.  Once the link goes out, you MUST RSVP for your child to be at the meet.  If you neglect to do this they will NOT be entered into the meet and I cannot add them the day of the meet.  We also need your help with the volunteer positions that will be listed in that email as well.  It is first come, first serve on who gets what so if you are wanting a specific job please respond as soon as you receive it.  The meet will be put together next Friday so please respond prior to that for your family.  

SO sorry for ALL the information.  There is so much information that we have to put out in a short amount of time.  We want your family to have a great experience so please let me know if you have any questions or something is not clear.  The kids seem to be having a great time and are learning and that makes me very happy!  Have a great rest of the day and I look forward to seeing you soon.
